When I contemplate the stems of these flowers and buds I think, "how can they hold these dense and radiant flowers up the way they do against gravity?". They seem so delicate, and yet, they are full of strength.
 
They are resilient and bold, simply going about their being. Rising and standing tall, and likely under changing conditions that are both favourable and unfavourable at times. Just like us.
 
They are somehow propelled from within by the mysterious flow of life force, as we are.
 
They turn their faces toward the sun... towards nourishment… towards life... just like us. And in this magnificent expression of their being I, for one, am inspired and reminded of my own courage, strength and the hope in my heart.
 
I hope that you may also feel this. May this piece remind you of the life force flowing through you, the strength and courage you are filled with, and the beauty that you too radiate into the world.
